Robert J. Carnel started his company Bob Carnel Realty in the early 1970's. Having been a farmer the majority of his life, Bob Sr.'s specialization was in the sale of farms and agricultural land.

In 1977 his son Tom Carnel joined the company emphasizing the sale of residential real eastate in conjunction with farm and farmland sales.

In 1980 Tom Carnel entered into a partnership that branched out into new residential construction in addition to continued involvement with farms, acreages and other properties. Tome and his partner actively developed a market for moderate income housing and also developed rental projects for moderate income residents.

Upon the death of Robert J. Carnel in 1984 - Tom purchased the company and has since continued with the company's primary emphasis of sales of residential homes, hobby farms, land and acreage along with some new construction and development in the Cannon Falls area.

The companies name evolved into Carnel & Co. Realtors LLC and the company to date has enjoyed over 30 years of continued success and leadership in the Cannon Falls real estate market. The company has become known for its honesty, integrity and service to customers.
